WAKING EXHAUSTED

So, it’s Christmas Holiday. You’re on vacation and you’ve been sleeping for 8-10 hours. Probably the most sleep you’ve had all week. However, you wake up still tired and exhausted. Not only so but your spouse says your snoring kept them awake all night. What’s going on?

WHAT IS IT?

The problem is most likely a condition called Sleep Apnea. In this condition your breath is shallow when sleeping, causing the brain to starve for oxygen slightly. Imagine breathing through a large straw for a few minutes. This is your brain “on Sleep Apnea.” What happens is the body is unable to enter the deep REM sleep that is needed for recovery and rest.

WHAT MAINSTREAM MEDICINE SAYS ABOUT SLEEP APNEA

The culprit for sleep apnea in mainstream medicine is typically obesity, enlarged tonsils, smoking, alcohol, and a myriad of other things. Often people are placed on breathing machines while they sleep. Others must wear braces to keep the airway open.

IN MY CLINIC

What I find 90% of the time is poor heart support. Once the heart is fixed then snoring disappears and people begin waking up refreshed once again. I had one patient who hadn’t had dreams for 2 years until I treated them. Another couple had terrible problems with the other snoring them awake every night. That is until I was able to treat them. Once the patient is given heart support then they typically recover. Most of the time it is an auto immune response. This can be fixed with a Standard Process product called Cardiotrophin PMG. Other times the heart simply needs increased vitamin B4 and other supplementation. For this I typically give the Standard Process product Cardioplus.

CONCLUSION

There are 30 other causes of poor sleep I test for in my office. Poor blood sugar handing is another common cause.
